Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad is seeking a BDC Supervisor to drive monthly sales, revenue, KPI and customer experience targets in line with bank policies. You will lead and coach BDC Supervisors and Sales Executives, recruit and train staff, and ensure compliance with CIMB and regulatory guidelines.

You will monitor performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues to Head Office as needed while building strong relationships with branch leaders and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage BDC performance to achieve monthly sales, revenue, KPI and CX targets in line with Bank policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop BDC Supervisors and Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Recruit, train and manage BDC staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular appraisals and implement action plans where required.
• Ensure strict compliance with CIMB policies, procedures, audit requirements and BNM guidelines.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to Head Office.
• Resolve operational and administrative issues, escalating critical matters to Head Office when required.
• Provide customer and competitor feedback, as well as recommendations for process/system improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, RMs, CSOs, customers and external stakeholders.
• Support audits and ensure BDC activities meet required service and operational standards.
