Sinar Teknik Urus Harta Sdn Bhd in Putrajaya is seeking a B.C.S Technician (Building Control System) for Projek KPDN, Lot2G3. The role requires basic education in mechanical/electrical fields and familiarity with BCS/BMS.

Fresh graduates are welcome; shift work, emergency responsiveness, and teamwork are essential. Immediate start preferred; company benefits include health insurance and leave options. Experience in facilities management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related certification in BCS/BMS.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable in the operation and monitoring of Building Control Systems (BCS) / Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Shift Work: Willing and ready to work according to a shift schedule.
• Flexibility: Ability to respond to emergency calls as required, including on public holidays.
• Teamwork & Discipline: Highly self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
• Added Advantage: Experience in facilities management or building maintenance is a plus.
• Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.
