Job summary

Fuya Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC officer to ensure quality production aligns with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory rules. You will manage inspection, testing, non-conformance control, corrective actions, and quality documentation to support continuous improvement across the battery manufacturing process.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in manufacturing QA/QC, a related diploma or degree, and knowledge of root cause analysis, defect identification, and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years related experience in handling machines, recording, filling.
• Understanding of battery making processes and QA/QC principles.
• Experience with inspection, testing, non-conformance handling and corrective actions.
• Familiar with GMP, SOPs, 5S and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete battery manufacturing process and establish quality control points and inspection requirements for each production process.
• Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities according to approved specifications and control plans.
• Ensure inspection and testing equipment are calibrated, maintained, and suitable for use.
• Monitor production processes and product quality to identify defects and trends.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming products; document and prevent unintended use or shipment.
• Apply root cause analysis and preventive actions based on training and experience.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits at production workstations to ensure SOP and quality compliance.
