Job summary

Loob Holding Sdn Bhd via Tealive is seeking a café associate in Kuala Lumpur to warmly greet guests and craft beverages with care. You will brew coffee or tea, serve drinks, and ensure every order meets high quality standards by following SOPs.

You will explain Tealive products clearly and upsell when appropriate, while keeping the dining area clean and well stocked. This role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy, and a passion for delivering a great guest experience in a fast-paced retail

• To welcome and greet customer with a big smile and enthusiasm
• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
• Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
