Job summary

Loob Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Barista to warmly greet customers and prepare beverages in our Kuala Lumpur cafe. You will brew coffee and tea, serve drinks with enthusiasm, and explain Tealive products while promoting upsells.

You will also keep dining areas clean, restock supplies, and sanitize equipment to maintain quality and safety. Applicants should have customer service skills and follow SOPs to ensure the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOP and maintain high cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly smile and enthusiasm.
• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Explain Tealive products clearly and promote/upsell where possible.
• Maintain high quality drink standards by following SOPs.
• Clean, restock dining areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
