Job summary

Loob Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking friendly hospitality staff for our Tealive café in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will welcome customers with a big smile, brew coffee or tea, and serve drinks with enthusiasm.

You will ensure drinks are made with passion and adhere to high SOP standards, explain Tealive products clearly, promote upsells, and perform cleaning and restocking of dining areas, trash disposal and sanitizing equipment.

Responsibilities

• To welcome and greet customer with a big smile and enthusiasm
• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
• Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
