Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking staff to prepare and serve beverages, greet customers, and maintain clean and organized service areas. Training will be provided for non-barista applicants.

Candidates should have at least a SPM certificate, good English and BM, and be energetic with good interpersonal skills. Owning transport is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills and energetic; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Receive and process customer payments and describe menu items to customers.
• Greet and connect with every customer and recommend products.
• Ensure high quality of service and stock arrangement; training provided for non-barista candidates.
