Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring staff to prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea, in Kuala Lumpur. You will follow recipes and presentation standards while engaging with customers to ensure a friendly, efficient experience.

No barista experience is required as training is provided; candidates with own transport are preferred. The role demands good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia and a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Vaccination with at least 2 doses is required.
• Candidate must have a secondary school/SPM certificate.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks per recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist with stock arrangement and inventory.
• Greet customers and describe menu items, upsell where appropriate.
• Receive and process customer payments and ensure service quality.
