Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is a cafe group in Malaysia seeking a cafe staff to prepare and serve beverages, greet customers, and describe menu items. The role requires good English and Bahasa Malaysia, a friendly personality, and willingness to learn new knowledge.

Training will be provided for non-barista candidates. Applicants should be vaccinated, have at least SPM/Secondary School, and may be required to have their own transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks per recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist with stock arrangement and inventory.
• Greet and connect with customers. Describe menu items and recommend products.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.

Qualification & Requirements

Vaccinated with at least 2 doses

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field

Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Language

Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge

Prefer candidates with own transport

Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
