Job summary

Tealive in Bukit Mertajam (DT Maju Utama) is seeking a full-time Barista. You will brew coffee or tea, serve drinks to customers, and greet guests with enthusiasm while maintaining high quality and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities include customer education, upselling, cash handling, and keeping the dining and work areas clean and sanitary. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• SPM/O-Level qualification required.
• Food & beverage experience is advantageous.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Welcome customers with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Follow SOP to ensure drinks meet quality standards.
• Explain products clearly and upsell when appropriate.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily transactions accurately.
• Clean and restock work and dining areas; sanitize equipment.
