Job summary

WAUDERFUL SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Barista to prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks meeting quality standards.

You will handle equipment, assist customers, and respond to orders with courtesy. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED and at least one year as a barista is required, with preference for retail/hospitality/customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year experience as a barista.
• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Observe relevant health and safety standards.
