mizumizu coffee (coffee and matcha specialist), is one of the iconic cafes in the heart of Kota Kinabalu city, along Gaya Street. We serve a wide range of diversified customer base, from local working crowd to tourists. We are looking for individuals who take pride in crafting quality products and providing the best hospitality to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers and provide good customer service
• Maintain the cleanliness of bar and the whole outlet
• Prepare quality beverages
• Assist in opening and closing shift of the outlet

Job Requirements

• Able to accept feedback and grow from challenges and failures
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a team and assist team members accordingly
• Enjoy serving customers and isn't afraid to make conversations with customers
• Prior experience in F&B is a plus point
• Multilingual (English, BM, Chinese, Korean etc) is a plus point
• Must be fully vaccinated

Additional Info

• Working days: Wed-Mon (off every Tues)
• Working hours: 8.5 hrs a day, with 0.5 hr break
