Job summary

BUONARROTI HOSPITALITY SDN. BHD. is seeking friendly and responsible baristas to join our F&B team in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare and serve coffee and beverages, ensuring high quality and presentation while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness, handling stock, and assisting during busy periods. Fresh graduates are welcome; basic coffee knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in barista, F&B or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and other drinks according to outlet standards.
• Take customers' orders accurately and provide friendly customer service.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders and other beverage equipment properly.
• Ensure consistency in the taste, quality and presentation of beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and beverage preparation area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee, ingredients and supplies.
• Check stock levels and inform the Supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Assist with setting up and closing the bar area.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Assist the service team during busy periods when required.
• Follow outlet SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer feedback or enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
