Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, following standardized recipes.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, offer personalized recommendations, and answer questions about the menu.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and personalized service to every customer.
• Operate and care for coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper calibration.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and sanitation.
• Keep the coffee bar area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments properly.
• Collaborate with teammates to manage peak times and support training.
