Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a cafe team member in Ipoh. You will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, greet customers, describe menu items, and ensure service quality. Training is provided for non-barista applicants, and candidates should have a minimum SPM certificate and strong English/Malay communication.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• SPM/Secondary School certificate or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks per recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist with stock arrangement and inventory.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
• Training will be provided for non-barista candidates.

Qualification & Requirements
