Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd invites energetic candidates to join our cafe team in Malaysia. You will prepare and serve beverages, greet customers, describe menu items, and assist with payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Training is provided for non-barista applicants, and English plus Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required. Vaccination of at least two doses and a SPM/secondary certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Vaccination with at least 2 doses.
• SPM or equivalent required.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and learning attitude.
• Own transport preferred.
• Training provided for non-barista applicants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks per recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils and equipment.
• Assist with stock arrangement and keep area tidy.
• Greet and connect with customers.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Maintain high quality of service at all times.

Qualification & Requirements
