Job summary

DAKU COFFEE in Penang is looking for a Barista to join our team. You’ll prepare beverages to Daku Coffee standards, deliver friendly service, and help maintain a clean, safe cafe environment.

We value a passion for coffee, strong communication, and teamwork. Experience is a plus, but we support training and growth within our expanding coffee brand.

You should be able to work weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced setting. Company-provided uniform and statutory benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of espresso extraction, coffee preparation and milk steaming.
• Prefer Malaysian and previous barista, café or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly personality with good communication skills, responsible, punctual and eager to learn.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
