Job summary

EY in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager to join the Financial Services Risk Management team. You will work on banking risk transformation, regulatory reporting, and risk technology initiatives across IRRBB, NSFR, LCR and ALM.

The role involves implementing, enhancing and maintaining platforms such as KRM, FIS, Moody’s and Murex while collaborating with multiple business units and vendors. You will gather business and regulatory requirements, map data, and support testing and

Qualifications

• Relevant banking/financial risk management experience is required.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and risk technology is preferred.
• Certifications such as FRM, CFA or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of risk/finance systems for banking clients.
• Deliver initiatives across IRRBB, NSFR, LCR, ALM and FTP.
• Gather requirements and translate regulatory needs into system specs.
• Perform data sourcing, mapping and quality assessments for regulatory reporting.
• Plan SIT, UAT and regression testing and validate outputs.
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Finance, Technology and vendor teams.
