Beyondsoft Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Business Development and Account Management professional to drive testing services and QA solutions for banks in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities in software testing, quality governance, digital transformation, and system modernisation while guiding clients through complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B IT/software service sales, with at least 3 years selling to banks in Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of banking IT procurement and BNM regulatory framework.
• Proven ability to close IT service deals worth RM1M+.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new banking and financial clients in Malaysia and manage existing accounts.
• Own the sales pipeline and coordinate pre-sales for requirement workshops, technical discussions, POC and demos.
• Lead commercial bidding, pricing, quotation, and contract negotiation.
• Meet annual sales targets and maintain sales forecasts and pipeline.
• Monitor regulatory trends and FinTech developments in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover and upsell opportunities.
