Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is recruiting a Sales Assistant for Setia Prima and Setia Indah locations. You will warmly greet customers, assist in selecting baked goods, answer questions about products and promotions, and ensure accurate payment handling.

You’ll also manage packing, displays, restocking, and expiry date checks while keeping the outlet clean and welcoming. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required as part of supporting peak times and ongoing store

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Responds to customer queries with product information and promotions.
• Taking order and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Restock, pack products, and track expiry dates.
