• Ability to monitor backup jobs and perform restores; troubleshoot and action fixes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor backup solution daily; run and verify backup jobs.
• Troubleshoot failed jobs and initiate corrective actions.
• Handle incoming calls or emails for technical requests or support.
• Log and track issues in ticket management system; identify and resolve failures.
• Prepare daily and monthly backup status reports.
• Document solutions and publish technical documents.
• On-site health checks and troubleshooting of technical issues.
