Job Description: Golang Backend Engineer

Mandatory Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go) development.

Good experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.

Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and REST API Development.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and database optimization.

Experience developing or maintaining high-throughput, scalable backend systems.

Knowledge of backend performance optimization, concurrency, and production troubleshooting.

Good understanding of containerization and cloud deployments.

Preferred Skills

Apache Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ/AWS SQS.

Couchbase or equivalent NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/DynamoDB.

Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting experience.

Experience in FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, Telecom, or other high-transaction environments.
