Job summary

Pan Asia Software Solutions is seeking a mid-level Backend Developer (Java) in Malaysia to join our client project team. You will develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs, and contribute to microservices and database optimizations.

You should have 3–5 years of Java experience, strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and CI/CD workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to coding standards are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
• SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM (Hibernate, JPA).
• Git or similar version control.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Agile development methodologies.
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Framework.
