Experian Marketing Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Engineer I to contribute to scalable backend services and user-facing applications. You will collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable software while expanding expertise in modern cloud technologies.

The role involves building cloud-based applications, RESTful APIs, and shared services powering Experian Software Solutions, with hybrid work requiring 2–3 days in the office per

Qualifications

0–2 years of software development experience or equivalent (internships/academic projects).
Understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
Exposure to databases, APIs, and application development concepts.
Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive designs.
Work with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence in daily tasks.
Report to the Software Engineering Manager.
Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in office with flexibility for remote days.
