Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking a Product Manager for the Vendor Portal, bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will analyze, define, and document requirements and work with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation.

The role entails coordinating across Online Commerce, Order Management, O2O, Finance, and Master Data, with potential for a 12-month contract and completion bonus. Strong English communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with experience in vendor portal is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and focus groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and challenges related to Vendor Portal Capabilities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements integrating with systems to connect end-to-end processes (Online Commerce, OMS, O2O, ERP, FICO).
• Develop and maintain documents including BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.
