Job summary

Startek Malaysia is seeking a driven Telesales Executive to conduct outbound B2B calls and promote client products using prepared scripts. The role requires identifying customer needs, following up on leads, and maintaining CRM records. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and aim to meet sales targets.

Fluent English and excellent verbal communication are essential. Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm in Selangor, Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound (B2B) calls to promote client products and services.
