The role focuses on prospecting, meeting decision‑makers, building client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets in the construction and industrial sectors. Applicants should have experience in the scaffolding, formwork, and construction systems space, with a hunter mindset and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in construction, scaffolding, formwork, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing new business accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Able to engage with contractors, developers, consultants, project managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B corporate accounts.
• Generate sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitability.
• Develop plans to penetrate new markets and expand business opportunities.
• Provide after‑sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
