Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a professional maintenance specialist to manage line and base maintenance tasks within the company network.

The role involves troubleshooting, documenting work-orders, and supporting release to service approvals under Part 66 guidance. This permanent position requires meticulous attention to regulatory compliance (CAAM Part 145) and collaboration with the MCC and teams across stations.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of performing line and base maintenance tasks.
• Proficient in troubleshooting aircraft systems and reporting.
• Ability to document work orders and compliance records accurately.
• Familiar with CAAM Part 145 and related regulations.
• Awareness of MCC functions and Part 66 license validations.

Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance activities and base maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and identify faults.
• Report on documentation and work-orders with accuracy.
• Support release to service approvals in line and base maintenance.
• Operate across Airbus network stations as required.
• Ensure compliance with CAAM Part 145 and national regulations.
• Coordinate with MCC and validate technician licenses as needed.

He/she manages one or several of the following activities :

• Perform line and base maintenance activities (LRU replacement,servicing,inspections ..etc).
• Perform troubleshootings
• Report on appropriate documentation (TLB,Work-orders ...etc).
• Pronounce the 'approval to Release to Service' of the aircraft in line maintenance (Task Release B1 and/or B2).
• Support the 'approval to Release to Service' in base maintenance (package support B1 and/or B2).
• Carry out missions in all the line station of the company network (to perform troubleshootings in case of AOG or the aircraft follow-up).
• Working in compliance with CAAM Part 145 regulation,
• Working in compliance with national regulations (HSE, Labour Code, etc.).
• Own and develop team spirit..
• Perform specific technical training (Run-up, Boroscopy, etc.) (additional competencies for Instructor).
• Check and validate the experience of the technicians in the way of the Part 66 license validations (additional competencies FCE assesor).
• Ensure the maintenance control function (additional competencies for MCC).
