Job summary

1 DOC RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to guide software engineering across multiple stacks.

You will own Azure Cloud infrastructure, security, performance, cost optimization, and disaster recovery while driving scalable solutions aligned with business goals. This role centers on ERP codebase revamp for multi-region deployment including Singapore localization, tax, currency, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 5–8+ years of software development in enterprise applications.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web APIs.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, enterprise architecture, SQL/database design, and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integration, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and release management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Azure Cloud, ERP systems, regional deployment, or AI-assisted development will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers across multiple technology stacks.
• Own and manage Azure Cloud infrastructure, security, performance, cost optimization, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Drive system enhancements, integrations, and scalable technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead the ERP codebase revamp to support multi-region deployment, including Singapore localization, tax, currency, language, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee integrations with automation equipment and external systems.
• Establish coding standards, code reviews, testing, DevOps, and release governance.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and development efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
