Job summary

ADA is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate an enterprise Azure platform across development, UAT and production. You will automate infrastructure, ensure security, observability, and cost efficiency while owning deployments end-to-end.

Responsibilities include managing Azure services such as App Service, Functions, AKS, Databricks, and CI/CD pipelines; securing networking and identities; and driving FinOps with measurable SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in cloud, platform, or DevOps engineering with hands-on production Azure experience
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with any mainstream IaC tool
• Azure Databricks administration - workspaces, Unity Catalog, identity and access
• Azure networking and security - VNets, private endpoints, DNS, Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities, Key Vault
• CI/CD pipeline design and operation with any toolchain
• Observability - Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, alerting
• Scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
• Agile, change management, and documentation best practices as everyday habits
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and operations of production-grade Azure platform across environments
• Automate infrastructure and deployments end to end; set platform standards and security
• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure via infrastructure as code
• Operate App Service, Azure Functions, Container Registry, and AKS
• Administer Azure Databricks - workspaces, Unity Catalog, access connectors
• Design and secure networking - VNets, private endpoints, DNS, security groups
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with environment promotion and approvals
• Own identity, secrets, and security controls - Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, Azure Policy
• Run observability - Monitor, Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards; root-cause analysis
• Drive FinOps - cost visibility, budgets, right-sizing and optimisation
