Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will oversee Azure provisioning, security, and day‑to‑day operations of IMT services.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 2+ years of ICT experience, with preference for candidates familiar with large-scale Windows environments and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Certifications related to Microsoft server systems or cloud platforms are a plus.
• At least 2 years of professional ICT experience, preferably in a large organization.
• Experience in Cloud platforms administration, ICT Platform & Systems Engineering, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud platforms (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS) and Azure environment provisioning, configuration and monitoring.
• Maintain on‑prem systems (Linux/Windows) including deployment, performance, and capacity planning.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure availability, integrity, and security.
• Maintain SOPs and document data centre assets and operations.
• Collaborate with premises management and external providers for data centre facilities.
