Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is hiring for a senior infrastructure role focused on transversal automation and reliability. You will apply SRE and IaC practices to streamline server lifecycles and automate deployments, while building AI-Ops capabilities for proactive remediation.

Collaborating with global teams, you will integrate tools via APIs (Ansible, MECM, Dynatrace, etc.), standardize OS builds, and drive scalable automation across the environment to protect mission-critical platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field, with focus on IT operations.
• Extensive SRE and IaC experience in banking/financial services contexts.
• Strong scripting and programming in Python, PowerShell or JavaScript.
• Hands-on Windows and Unix server administration, CI/CD pipelines.

• Technical Mastery (L3): Expert-level proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Coding Expertise (L3): Advanced scripting and programming capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

• Systems & Tooling (L2): Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix server administration, Ansible, MECM, JSON/YAML, API integrations, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
