Job summary

Astro Malaysia seeks a senior technology architect to design end-to-end solutions for media and OTT platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures and collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, and product groups.

The role requires deep AWS expertise (VPC, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and AWS CDK. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in relevant technology roles.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, software development and systems integration.
• Hands-on AWS experience with VPC, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
• Experience with cloud, APIs, microservices, data platforms and enterprise integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Media, broadcasting, streaming or OTT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end technology solutions for media, OTT and digital platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure and technology teams.
• Evaluate technologies and recommend integration approaches.
