Job summary

Pteris Global Integrated Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will develop plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress against milestones.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, with 2+ years of PM experience. PMP is preferred; willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering or construction.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of airport logistics systems is desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project head to manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against milestones.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Manage project resources to optimize efficiency and costs.
• Communicate status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
