Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a high-autonomy regional lead to establish and expand our market footprint across Malaysia for advanced warehouse automation, leveraging close collaboration with Singapore HQ leadership. You will spearhead strategic account acquisition, build channel partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and dealers, and drive sustainable revenue growth through hands-on ROI cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales or business development in Malaysian automation sectors.
• Deep technical expertise in AMRs, AGVs, ASRS, conveyors, or WMS/MES integrations.
• Proven ability to pioneer territories, open cold accounts, and build partner ecosystems.
• Strong consultative sales skills with ROI-focused business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new enterprise accounts across Malaysia's industrial hubs to grow revenue.
• Build strategic co-sell partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and dealers.
• Conduct on-site discovery visits to assess warehouse ops and present ROI cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy automated systems locally.
• Uncover cross-selling opportunities within group businesses and track pipeline in CRM.
