Job summary

Wearnes Quest Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified automotive service professional to perform major repairs on engines and automatic transmissions, plus general service work and detailed diagnostics.

Adhere to TPI guidelines, recall campaigns, and repair manuals while submitting DISS/Spotlights and following warranty claim procedures. The role emphasizes productivity, efficiency, and monthly labor-hour accounting, with occasional road testing and nationwide service-mobile coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert/Diploma and/or with at least 3 yearsof relevant experience in Automotive industry
• Independent, resourceful with strong analytical skills
• Experience working with a continental automotive brand will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Carry out Major Repair on Engines, Automatic Transmission, General Service Repair & maintenance, and a detailed Diagnostic on cases
• Ensure correct procedures are carried out according to TPI, Recall/Service Campaign and Repair Manual
• Submission of DISS/Spotlights
• Ensure a strict Manufacturer Warranty Claim Procedure is followed during/after performing warranty repairs
• Responsible for productivity, efficiency, utilization, and labour hours sold on a monthly basis
• Carry out road tests when necessary
• Assist on Service Mobile coordination throughout the country when required
• Pick & Delivery of customer’s cars when required
• Any other special task assigned by superior
