Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries across online, phone, social channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles, explain features, pricing, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales.
• Handle objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, and digital enquiries.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.
