• Proven experience as Production Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Expertise in IATF and ISO standards, with the ability to implement and maintain compliance.

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet production targets.
