Job summary

Carro is seeking an Inventory QC Inspector Executive to join our Puchong South team. You will perform QC checks on vehicles after Aftersales and Body & Paint work, ensuring they meet our CPO standards before retail release.

You will coordinate with Aftersales and Body & Paint teams to rectify defects and maintain accurate QC records. The role requires 1–2 years in automotive inspection, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in automotive inspection or QC roles.
• Good knowledge of vehicle condition assessment and repair quality.
• Ability to identify defects and assess repair quality.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QC inspections on vehicles after Aftersales and Body & Paint repairs.
• Perform checks based on 160-point criteria and refurbishment guidelines.
• Verify repairs meet CPO standards and match inspection reports.
• Identify outstanding defects and coordinate rectification with Aftersales/Body & Paint teams.
• Reinspect after rectification to ensure issues are resolved before QC approval.
• Complete inspections within a 30-minute turnaround per vehicle.
• Maintain QC records and prepare daily CPO/refurbishment reports.
