Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a Quality Control Inspector – Automotive to ensure refurbished vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery. You will inspect, test drive, identify defects, and coordinate rework with relevant teams.

The office is located in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The role requires MLVK Level 3 in Automotive Engineering, at least 2 years of automotive repair experience, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• MLVK Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive car repair.
• Strong knowledge of automotive after-sales and car repair.
• Experience with automotive machinery, equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• A valid driving license is compulsory.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Responsible, committed, dynamic, and demonstrates strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% quality control inspections on refurbished vehicles according to company quality standards.
• Perform vehicle test drives to confirm mechanical issues have been properly resolved.
• Identify defects and coordinate rework with the relevant operational teams.
• Complete inspection check sheets and ensure accurate system updates.
• Achieve daily individual productivity targets.
• Use automotive diagnostic tools, machinery, and equipment to identify vehicle issues.
• Ensure all vehicles meet the required quality standards before being released to customers.
