Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is looking for an Automation Solution Architect to design and implement DR orchestration frameworks across critical systems and hybrid infrastructures. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on automation and resiliency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automation technologies such as Azure Site Recovery, Ansible, and Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks. Medical insurance, performance bonuses, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure (On-Prem & Cloud), focusing on resiliency and automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with automation and disaster recovery technologies.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks and AIOps platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end DR orchestration frameworks across Critical Systems and hybrid infrastructure.
• Support audit, risk, and regulatory engagements.
• Develop scalable, reusable automation components across services.
• Establish standardized automation frameworks, including Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Evaluate emerging tools for automation orchestration and cloud-native resiliency solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end DR orchestration frameworks across Critical Systems and hybrid infrastructure
• Support audit, risk, and regulatory engagements.
• Develop scalable, reusable automation components across services
• Establish standardized automation frameworks, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Runbook automation, Policy-as-Code governance
• Evaluate emerging tools: Automation orchestration, AIOps platforms & Cloud-native resiliency solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure (On-Prem & Cloud), Disaster Recovery (ITDR), with a focus on resiliency and automation engineering.
• Strong experience in: Automation (ASR - Azure Site Recovery, Ansible, scripting) & DR technologies (backup, replication, failover)
• Hands‑on experience with: On-prem: VMware, Wintel/Linux, AIX, AS400 & Cloud: Azure and Google Cloud
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks, CI/CD, and AIOps platforms
• Strong communication skills in English
