Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking an Electrical & Automation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical and automation systems across the manufacturing plant. You will support preventive maintenance, CCN infrastructure, and continuous improvement projects to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.

The role requires a Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Electronics engineering with at least 3 years in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, electrical, automation, or manufacturing environments.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and safety of plant equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, automation, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrade of machinery and automation systems.
Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
