Job summary

Cahya Mata is seeking an Audit Manager to join the Group Internal Audit team. You will plan, lead and execute risk-based audits across diverse sectors, offering insights to strengthen internal controls and governance. The role reports to the Senior Audit Manager and focuses on enhancing sustainable business performance.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 7+ years in audit, risk, or finance roles. CIA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in internal/external audit, risk management, compliance, or financial operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, property development, construction, or financial operations is highly desirable.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits across the Group.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management practices and governance processes.
• Review key business activities, including manufacturing operations, procurement, inventory, project management and financial reporting.
• Identify risks, control gaps and operational inefficiencies, recommending practical improvements.
• Prepare audit findings and reports while collaborating with Management to strengthen business performance.
