Job summary

Total Asia Associates Plt in Malaysia is seeking an Audit Associate to join our team. You will engage with clients to gather information, prepare working papers, and draft audit reports for review, while handling statutory audit and accounting tasks independently.

We welcome fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are fluent in English and Mandarin, able to work under pressure, and committed to meeting deadlines. Hybrid work, benefits and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility; able to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to gather information and documents, prepare audit working papers.
• Prepare audit reports and statements for review.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent), Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

A team player with strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.

Able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined.

Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
