Job summary

MK & CO in Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented audit professional to support planning, execution and completion of audit engagements. The role includes preparing tax computation provisions and related worksheets, and liaising with clients on audit matters.

You will assess clients’ policies, procedures and financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, verify accounts and records, participate in year‑end stock takes and site visits, and manage communications with clients.

Job description

Prepare audit planning, execution and completion of audit engagements

Prepare tax computation provision and related worksheets

Liaise with clients and others parties related to audit issue

Assess clients’ operational policies, procedures and financial operation process

Ensure clients’ compliance with regulatory bodies and guidelines

Verify and inspect client accounts and financial records

Participate in client site visits and year-end stock takes; perform on-site fieldwork when required

Handling communications with clients
