Job summary

Kamal Zahari & Co. Ampang is seeking a meticulous accounting graduate to join the audit, tax and client support team. You will assist in completing audit assignments, performing tests, and maintaining organized files while liaising with clients to gather information.

Also handle tax computations and filings, gather documents for deadlines, and support clients with inquiries. The role requires good communication and strong attention to detail with minimal supervision.

Audit Work: ·
@ Complete audit assignments within time frame given
@ Performing tests of controls, audit testing, and preparation of audit paperwork and relevant schedule and documentation in accordance with standards and requirements.
@ Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit files are complete and properly organized.
@ Liaise with clients and other parties on audit-related matters to obtain the necessary information and clarification.
@ Analysing financial data, identifying potential issues, and recommending solutions
@ Conduct detailed analytical reviews and reconciliations of accounts and transactions

Tax Work: ·Perform tax computation and schedules, tax return and filings and identify issues that impact tax compliance

Client Support: Gather documents, answer questions, and help meet filing deadlines

Education: Diploma, Advanced Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Software: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, Audit tools like Abot, Tax Tool like Superior Tax and accounting tools like ABSS and XERO.

Soft Skills: Good communication, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail with minimum supervision
