Job summary

TSG GROUP SDN. BHD. invites fresh graduates to join our internal audit team. You will assist in risk-based assessments, evaluate internal controls, and help improve operational efficiency and compliance with policies.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the willingness to travel to operating sites. A Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance/Business Admin or related fields is required, with multilingual skills in English and Bahasa Melayu preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in external/internal audit or consultancy is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, multilingual in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Mature, independent and able to work in a team with travel to sites.

Responsibilities

Assist in risk-based assessment and evaluation/improvement of internal controls.
Evaluate adequacy of internal controls and identify process weaknesses.
Review supporting documents and gather audit evidence.
Propose practical recommendations to address control weaknesses.
Engage auditees to resolve internal control and compliance matters.
