Job summary

Acclime is seeking an analytics-driven professional to join our audit and assurance team in Malaysia. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant audit experience are encouraged to apply, with exposure to audit engagements, financial reporting, and risk assessment.

You will assist seniors/managers, perform fieldwork, and help prepare working papers while upholding auditing standards. Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as MICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or CIMA.

Responsibilities

• Assist Audit Seniors and Managers in planning, executing, and completing audit engagements.
• Perform audit fieldwork, including tests of controls, substantive testing, and analytical review procedures.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation in accordance with auditing standards.
• Ensure audit files are properly documented to support findings, conclusions, and opinions.
• Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized audit engagements, ensuring timelines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients to obtain relevant information and resolve audit-related issues.
• Support the supervision and guidance of junior audit team members.
