OPCA in Melaka is hiring an Audit Associate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will assist with audit assignments under senior guidance, examine records, and prepare working papers.

You will liaise with clients for information and participate in inventory counts and fieldwork while developing basic accounting knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Qualificações

• Basic accounting knowledge including double-entry bookkeeping.
• Familiar with preparing financial statements and working papers.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Examine accounting records and supporting documents, and perform assigned audit procedures.

Prepare audit working papers and assist in preparing financial statements.

Liaise with clients to obtain information and follow up on outstanding documents.

Participate in inventory counts and other audit fieldwork as required.

Requirements

Possess basic accounting knowledge, including double-entry bookkeeping and financial statements.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Be willing to learn and follow instructions, with good attention to detail.

Be responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Have good communication skills and work well in a team.
