Job summary

ACCA Careers in Malaysia is seeking a diligent audit assistant to support the planning, execution and delivery of audit engagements. You will interact with clients to collect data, set up and maintain audit files, and assist in preparing leads and documentation.

You will help teammates complete audit assignments, perform audit tests to obtain sufficient evidence, and prepare working papers while carrying out compliance field work to support audit assurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• To provide assistance to other team members with the completion of audit assignments.
• Support the planning, execution and delivery of audit engagements
• Interact with the clients in order to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain audit files, prepare leads, etc.
• Performing audit tests to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence for audit assurance requirements.
• Preparation of audit working papers and carry out compliance field work.
